Business Analyst

TITLE:  Business Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION: The position will primarily be responsible for analyzing customer business needs to help identify problems and propose solutions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and define customer technical and business needs and requirements;
  • Design, develop and upgrade customers’ internal acts (policy, order, procedure, manual and other methodological materials) ;
  • Design and develop business processes;
  • Implementation of processes according to company structure;
  • Evaluation, reconstruction and upgrading of business processes; anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement and development of optimization strategies;
  • Development of technical tasks based on customer needs;
  • Monitor requirements implementation;
  • Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements;

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration or a relevant field;

Technical Support Specialist Level 1

TITLE: Technical Support Specialist Level 1

TERM: Full time

START DATE / TIME: ASAP

LOCATION: Yerevan, Armenia

JOB DESCRIPTION: The position will primarily be responsible for resolving customer issues and maintain clients’ information infrastructure.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receive, analyze and resolve customers’ incidents;
  • Maintain clients’ infrastructure and applications;
  • Advise users on the operation of the equipment and software;
  • Ensure the relevance of information in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB);
  • Provide phone, email and web support;
  • Perform other IT support duties assigned by Service Desk Manager.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science;
  • Experience in sphere of technical support and systems administration;
  • Fluent knowledge of Armenian and Russian languages, technical knowledge of English;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving and relationship skills;

Information Security Administrator

TITLE:  Information Security Administrator

TERM:  Full time

JOB DESCRIPTION: The position will primarily be responsible for administering the security and access control systems, protecting valuable information assets.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implement security policies, application security, access control and corporate data safeguards;
  • Configure and support security tools such as firewalls, anti-virus software, patch management systems, etc.
  • Perform vulnerability and networking scanning assessments, monitor network traffic;
  • Defend systems against unauthorized access, modification and/or destruction;
  • Provision user accounts on IT systems for authorized users (setting up IDs, configuring access rights and roles, altering access rights and removing access rights);
  • Liaise with other functions (such as Service Desk, Site Security) and with employees directly on security matters, resetting passwords, changing roles etc.;
  • Check and authorize requests and keep auditable records on access rights;
  • Periodically review and maintain access rights; Assist Information Asset Owners and development project teams to define and implement appropriate access rights for user roles;
  • Occasionally develop and document procedures, guidelines etc;
  • Provide training on security awareness and procedures;
  • Conduct security audits and make policy recommendations;
  • Analyze reports generated by the monitoring system to identify trends that might indicate a future risk

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer science or a relevant field;
  • At least 3 years of cumulative employment record in information security;
  • Experience in sphere of technical support and systems administration with a clear understanding of the challenges of information security;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and fix security risks;
  • Good team working skills to develop security solutions in collaboration with other information technology professionals;

Special Systems Administrator

TITLE:  Special Systems Administrator

TERM:  Full time

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Administer special systems and software, defining and building solutions in special systems, provide ongoing assistance to the Head of Special Systems Administration Department.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Installation, configuration, administration and maintenance of special systems;
  • Ensure information systems functionality;
  • Administer information systems: manage configurations, changes, accesses and rights;
  • Provide support to customers on systems operation;
  • Incident Management by different systems;
  • Monitoring of system performance;
  • Systems software update in accordance with the changes provided by developer organizations;
  • Ensuring communication with the responsible staff of systems developer/ service provider in order to correct detected errors;
  • Compilation of systems performance reports;
  • Understand customer business needs and translate them into technical requirements;
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field;
  • At least 3 year experience in sphere of systems administration;
  • Excellent knowledge of Armenian Software Products administration;
  • Knowledge of Windows Servers OS, MS SQL, SharePoint, Active Directory, OneDrive for Business, Office 365, PowerShell, Networking;
  • Ability to create and manage documentation;
  • Communication skills and courteous manners;
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Strong conceptual and analytic thinking skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks and prioritize personal workload;
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized personality;

Technical Operations Specialist

TITLE:  Technical Operations Specialist

TERM:  Full time

JOB DESCRIPTION:  The position is equivalent to Level 2 Tech Support and will primarily be responsible for resolving escalated customer requests from Level 1 Tech Support.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receive, analyze and resolve escalated requests on customers’ IT infrastructures;
  • Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications;
  • Advise users on the operation of the equipment and software;
  • Configure IT infrastructures and its components;
  • Configure, diagnose, manage and support server equipment;
  • Configure, diagnose, manage and monitor data bases and virtual environments;
  • Configure and troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;
  • Install and configure Windows OS based software and services;
  • Evaluate vendor-supplied software by studying user objectives; test software compatibility with existing hardware and programs;
  • Ensure continuity of systems and services in case of failure of IT infrastructure components;
  • Data backup, archivation and recovery;
  • Ensure the relevance of information in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB);
  • Ensure all information is available to escalate non-resolved customer requests;

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 3-year experience in sphere of technical support and systems administration;
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Server Products;
  • Strong knowledge of network routing, switching;
  • Have knowledge and experience with UNIX systems;
  • Be skilled in design, installation, and troubleshooting of computers networks;
